Adult ADHD & Autism Support

In‑person in Bedfordshire and online across the UK

Specialist Support for Neurodivergent Adults

Many adults reach adulthood without the understanding or support they needed earlier in life. Whether you are newly identified, exploring your neurodivergence, or seeking practical tools to manage daily life, I offer warm, psychologically informed support for adults with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent profiles. My approach is affirming, strengths‑based, and grounded in evidence‑based practice.

What We Can Work On

Support for adults may include:

  • Emotional regulation and coping strategies

  • Executive function challenges (organisation, planning, motivation)

  • Overwhelm, burnout, and masking fatigue

  • Identity exploration and self‑understanding

  • Routines, structure, and daily systems

  • Work, study, and productivity challenges

  • Communication and relationship patterns

  • Navigating life transitions or late identification

A Neurodiversity‑Affirming Approach

I recognise that neurodivergent adults often face unique pressures, from masking and sensory overload to navigating environments that aren’t designed with their needs in mind. My work is grounded in:

  • respect for neurodivergent communication styles

  • sensory‑aware and accessible approaches

  • reducing shame and self‑criticism

  • building confidence, clarity, and self‑advocacy

  • supporting you to create a life that works with your brain, not against it

Evidence‑Based Psychological Approaches

I draw from a range of therapeutic and coaching models to support neurodivergent adults, including:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • DBT‑informed emotional regulation skills

  • Solution‑Focused Therapy

  • Mindfulness‑Based approaches

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Systemic and relational approaches

All interventions are adapted to be neurodiversity‑affirming, practical, and tailored to your goals.

Support for Late‑Identified Adults

Many adults seek support after recognising ADHD or autism later in life. Together, we can explore:

  • understanding your neurotype

  • reframing past experiences

  • reducing self‑blame

  • navigating relationships and communication

  • building supportive routines

  • managing sensory and emotional needs

This process can be deeply validating and transformative.

Therapy Intensives for Adult ADHD & Autism Support

Alongside weekly sessions, I offer Therapy Intensives, extended sessions (1.5+ hours) designed for deeper insight and more focused support. Intensives can be especially helpful for:

  • burnout or masking fatigue

  • emotional regulation difficulties

  • executive function challenges

  • identity exploration

  • periods of increased stress or transition

  • individuals wanting faster progress or more immersive support

Intensives are available in‑person in Bedfordshire and online across the UK.

In‑Person & Online Sessions

I offer face‑to‑face sessions in Bedfordshire and online support for adults across the UK, providing flexible access to care in a way that suits your needs, preferences, and sensory comfort.

A Supportive Space for Neurodivergent Adults

My aim is to create a safe, validating space where you can explore your experiences, understand your neurotype, and develop practical strategies that support your wellbeing. Together, we work towards clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.

I am a private psychologist based in Bedfordshire, offering in‑person and online therapy, psychological assessments, ADHD coaching, autism support, and evidence‑based mental health care for children, young people, adults, and families across the UK. I specialise in anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation, OCD, executive function challenges, behaviour, school pressures, and neurodivergence. I also provide parenting support, family guidance, and relationship coaching for adults and parents navigating separation.

Sessions are warm, collaborative, and grounded in psychological expertise, with a focus on helping individuals and families create meaningful, sustainable change.
