Parenting Support
In‑person in Bedfordshire and online across the UK
Personalised Support for Parents & Caregivers
Parenting can feel overwhelming when your child is struggling with their emotions, behaviour, or neurodivergence. I offer personalised, evidence‑based support to help you understand your child’s needs, strengthen your parent‑child connection, and create a calmer, more confident family life.
What Parenting Support Can Help With
Sessions may focus on emotional regulation, responding to tantrums or meltdowns, fostering resilience, supporting emotional literacy, and developing routines that reduce stress at home. Together, we explore what your child’s behaviour is communicating and build strategies that feel realistic and sustainable.

Specialist Support for Parents of Neurodivergent Children
I offer specialist support for parents of children with ADHD or autism. Receiving a diagnosis can be a significant and positive step forward, but it can also feel overwhelming. I help you understand your child’s sensory, emotional, and developmental needs, and develop approaches that help them feel understood, supported, and able to thrive.
Whether your child is newly diagnosed or you have been navigating their neurodivergence for some time, my approach is strengths‑based and neuro‑affirming, emphasising acceptance, inclusion, and empathy.
Evidence‑Based, Family‑Centred Approaches
Parenting support draws on CBT‑informed strategies, ACT principles, attachment‑based approaches, mindfulness, and systemic thinking. These approaches are adapted to your child’s developmental stage, neurotype, and your family’s values. Sessions may also include guidance around communication, co‑regulation, behaviour support, and school‑related challenges.
Therapy Intensives for Parenting Support
Alongside weekly sessions, I offer Parenting Support as a Therapy Intensive. These extended sessions (1.5 hours or more) allow time for deeper exploration, practical planning, and meaningful change. Intensives can be especially helpful during periods of heightened stress, after a new diagnosis, or when families want to make progress more quickly.
In‑Person & Online Sessions
I offer face‑to‑face sessions in Bedfordshire and online support for parents across the UK, providing flexible access to guidance wherever you are.
A Supportive Space for You as a Parent
My aim is to help you feel more confident, informed, and supported, with practical tools, emotional understanding, and a clearer sense of how to help your child thrive.
