Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Support for Adults

In‑person in Bedfordshire and online across the UK

Support for Anxiety, Low Mood, Stress and Emotional Regulation

Many adults experience periods of anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, or emotional dysregulation that begin to affect daily life, relationships, or work. I offer warm, evidence‑based psychological support to help you understand what you’re experiencing, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change. This is a supportive space to explore your emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters to you.

What Adult Mental Health Support Can Help With

I work with adults experiencing anxiety disorders, low mood, stress, OCD, emotional regulation difficulties, burnout, and the impact of life transitions. Sessions may focus on understanding patterns that keep you stuck, developing coping strategies, strengthening emotional awareness, and building confidence in managing challenges.

Support for Neurodivergent Adults

Many neurodivergent adults experience mental health difficulties linked to masking, sensory overload, chronic stress, or navigating environments that aren’t designed for their needs. My approach is neurodiversity‑affirming and tailored to your neurotype. Together, we explore emotional regulation, overwhelm, identity, and practical strategies that support your wellbeing in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

Evidence‑Based Psychological Approaches

Therapy draws on a range of evidence‑based models, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT‑informed emotional regulation skills, mindfulness‑based approaches, and systemic thinking. These approaches are adapted to your goals, preferences, and the pace that feels right for you.

Therapy Intensives for Adult Mental Health

Alongside weekly sessions, I offer Therapy Intensives for adults seeking deeper or more focused support. These extended sessions (1.5 hours or more) allow time for emotional processing, clarity, and practical strategy development. Intensives can be especially helpful during periods of heightened stress, major life transitions, or when you want to make progress more quickly.

In‑Person & Online Sessions

I offer face‑to‑face sessions in Bedfordshire and online support for adults across the UK, providing flexible access to therapy wherever you are.

A Supportive Space for Healing and Growth

My aim is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you navigate emotional challenges. This is a space to explore your experiences with compassion, develop practical tools, and move towards a life that feels more grounded, balanced, and aligned with your values.

I am a private psychologist based in Bedfordshire, offering in‑person and online therapy, psychological assessments, ADHD coaching, autism support, and evidence‑based mental health care for children, young people, adults, and families across the UK. I specialise in anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation, OCD, executive function challenges, behaviour, school pressures, and neurodivergence. I also provide parenting support, family guidance, and relationship coaching for adults and parents navigating separation.

Sessions are warm, collaborative, and grounded in psychological expertise, with a focus on helping individuals and families create meaningful, sustainable change.
